Return Policy:

Returns is a scheme provided by Bhanumart directly in terms of which the option of replacement or exchange is offered by Bhanumart to You only in case of:

• Physically damaged/ Defective
• Has missing parts or accessories
• Different from its description on the product detail page on Bhanumart.

All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.

Return will be processed only if:

• It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
• The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
• The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein).

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

If the customer doesn’t want the same product for the amount spent, they may order different products available as a replacement or exchange. For exchange, shipping charges may be applicable based on the new order destination and product weight.

Once a customer has booked the order, they cannot cancel it or get a refund. Therefore, we recommend customers ensure the order quantity, delivery address, product variant, delivery date, shipping charges, guarantee/warranty, and other terms and conditions before placing any order through our Bhanumart app or website.
